About Us
Potterswood Methodist Church began in 1892. Currently we have a membership of about 40, so we are more like a large family who are looking forward to welcoming new people. Our Sunday services take place at 11am and 6pm and usually last an hour. We have a small Sunday School that takes place during our morning service, where they make crafts based on a bible story. We are also using Zoom for our Sunday morning services if you are unable to get to our church but would like to join the service, if you are interested in this please email us so that we can send you the link.

Hello,
My name is Rev P. J. Jackson and I am the minister for Potterswood Methodist Church and I want to welcome you to the web page for Potterswood Methodist Church in Bristol. We are a church that seeks to be friendly, open and loving. We pursue the moving of the Holy Spirit in our services and in our commitment to our Lord, Jesus christ.
Potterswood Methodist Church was established in 1892, but has worshipped at its present location since 1957. Just as those who established the church all those years ago, we continue to offer a link to the surrounding community and the global world.
We welcome all people to join us in worship, bible study and the building up of God's kingdom through prayer, service and the giving of our time, talents and gifts.
So, if you are looking for a warm church family that will accept you as you are with arms wide open join us this Sunday for worship and our family time at T4U every second Sunday of the month (apart from August) in the afternoon. Through the week for crafts or good conversation and tasty treats during our first Saturday of the month coffee mornings.Every blessing to you and your family,
